6. Free Version & Paid Plans
We offer a Free Version of the Services that provides limited functionality and usage allowances as described on our Website. Certain advanced features, increased usage limits, or premium support are available only through paid subscription plans.
We reserve the right to modify the Free Version or the scope of features available at any time.
7. Fees and Payments
By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, which acts as our official Merchant of Record and payment processor. Your payment information will be handled according to Paddle’s terms and privacy policy.

We may change our pricing, plans, or fees at any time. New fees will not apply retroactively to your current billing period.
8. Free Trials
From time to time, we may offer Free Trials for certain paid plans. Free Trials are available only once per account unless otherwise stated. After your Free Trial ends, your access to paid features will automatically terminate unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
9. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, your account may automatically revert to the Free Version.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
Using bots, scrapers, or other automated systems without our permission
Uploading malicious code or viruses
Infringing on our or others’ intellectual property rights
Harassing, abusing, or threatening others
Violating applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate legal action.
11. User Content
You may submit feedback, comments, posts, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute it solely for operating and improving the Services.
You are responsible for your User Content and must have all necessary rights to submit it.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Userband, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
17. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Userband disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Userband be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
19. Modifications and Interruptions
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions or changes.
20. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and trade sanctions when using the Services.
21. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Userband regarding the Services.
